Basic & detailed design

Our team of technologists is committed to design the most effective wastewater treatment plant customized to meet your specific needs.

Here’s how we do it:

  • We start by gathering essential data, including:
    – wastewater characteristics (flow rates, contaminants, temperature, pH).
    – effluent requirements (discharge standards and reuse needs).
    – space limitations (site constraints).
  • Based on the data, we choose the most appropriate treatment technology; for example, if high levels of organic contaminants are present, we may opt for a anaerobic/aerobic biological treatment process; if the effluent needs to meet very strict regulations, we may include advanced filtration.
  • With the chosen technology in mind, we begin designing the facility layout, optimizing the space, ensure smooth operational flow, and prioritize safety and accessibility for maintenance.
  • In the next step, we select the equipment, such as pumps, mixers, the tanks, and reactors, making sure they fulfill the necessary capacity and operational needs. We also outline the control strategy, process optimization, and safety systems to guarantee that the plant runs efficiently and reliably.

Once the basic design is approved, we move on to the detailed design phase. Here, we develop exact technical specifications, drawings, and assembly instructions to get the plant ready for construction and installation.
