Upon commissioning, AquaThane provides the client with the operation and maintenance manual and offers training for the operating personnel.
The training time varies from 2 days to 1 month, depending on the complexity of the plant and the client’s specific requirements.
For larger facilities, it is essential that operators fully understand the principles of biological treatment. Our training program is structured into both theoretical and practical components to ensure complete competence:
- Theoretical training: introduction to wastewater treatment processes; overview of the plant and its components.
- Practical training: overview of electromechanical equipment operation, routine maintenance procedures; analysis and determination of key operational parameters; control panel operations.
In certain cases, the client may choose to have a specialist to operate the treatment facility which helps in continuously optimizing the plant based on influent parameters.
